She did not know exactly what it was, but it was the start of her yoga practice. Meanwhile, her yoga practice has a consistent place in the life of Beril since 2009. And in 2013 she has completed her first yoga teacher training.

Thereby, hot bikram yoga has always been a stable factor in her yoga practice, although you might also run into Beril in an Iyengar or Vinyasa yoga class. Or while enjoying a delicious cup of cappuccino in a healthy food cafe while she is writing in her journal. Since yoga is so much more for Beril than just the yoga postures.

 

In addition, Beril loves to help others to deal with money in a mindful way based on the thought "All matter is energy, all energy matters."
