Sandra van Nieuwland 100 dagen bikram yoga challengeSinger and songwriter Sandra van Nieuwland (you might know her from the hits More, Keep your Head Up or Hunter) started in 2013 with bikram yoga to prevent a cold or flu. The more she was performing in shows, the more she practiced yoga! The Hot Yoga method worked as a magic cough potion against colds, but also provided peace and relaxation during intense periods.

  

Last year , she even completed the 100 Days Yoga Challenge. For 100 days, she practiced 90 minutes bikram yoga each and every day. Well, with all that yoga sweat, one could use some yoga clothes that wicks away moisture.

  

Now Sandra's yoga outfits are no longer only for on the yoga mat. Stripes, high waist, shiny or a bright color? The more 80's the look of the leggings, the better these work as stage clothing. Blondie look taken even further!
